I was born and raised in Indiana.  I moved to Redding California with my parents when I was 18.  I started in the mortgage business when I was 23 years old.  

One of the primary questions I get asked is "what are my options" or "I don't have a down payment and but I want to buy a house, what is available?" 

My primary goal for writing this report was to educate as many families as possible.  I was a first time buyer once and I wish I knew what was available at that time.  When I bought my first home I paid $6,500 for my down payment.  This was totally unnecessary.  It took me months to save that money.  I could have used that money for furniture and... Well you get the point.

There are so many families who want to buy but are not educated on what is available to them.  Feel free to share this guide to any friends.  I love helping families purchase their new dream home.
